The Mon Youth Community of Thailand is planning for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, September 12, 2009.

According to an organizer for the AGM, invitation cards were sent to the Mon community, urging Mon people to join the AGM at a Mon temple in Ladkabang, Bangkok. The AGM will offer cultural performances and Mon traditional food. There are two main Mon community associations registered in Thailand: the Thai-Raman (Thai Mon) Association and the Mon Youth Community (Bangkok).
