Than Mayom Waterfall is the most famous waterfall on Koh Chang, located next to Than Mayom pier with its entrance just behind the headquarters of the marine national park.

Than Mayom is actually a series of three falls along the stream of Khlong Mayom. The fertile rainforest helps it flow year- round, forming a large pool at its front and serves as a source of fresh water for local consumption.

A well- marked pathway leads to a 45- minute climb to the first set of falls. There are good views from the top and you'll find two stones with inscriptions bearing the initials of King Rama VI and King Rama VII.

The second waterfall is about 500 meters east and the third is 3 kilometers from the first. Another inscribed stone with the initial of King Rama V can be found here. You can camp at Than Mayom and the area is considered quite safe since the office of the national park is nearby.

This waterfall consists of 3 individual levels of different sizes. The first can be reached in 10 minutes simply by foot from the entrance. The third fall is called the King Rama Waterfall.
